Press Report 1st Apr

A top of the table clash in the First Division saw the leaders Torbay Academy 1 narrowly defeat Brixham Sharks 6-4, and open up an 18-point lead with 3 matches to go. Kris Piwowar was again the man of the match for the Academy.  NA Batmen move up into the runners-up spot with a whitewash victory over Brixham Pirates, and NA Buzzards keep up their interest with a 9-1 win over Brixham Gulls. Injury and availability issues for both Halwell and Brixham Gulls meant points being given away in both of their matches, with Halwell going down 5-4 to the Gulls and 8-2 to Torbay Academy 2.
