Albert Premier ‘C’ leads the sixth division as the half way point of the season approaches. Unsurprisingly their trio of mainstay players head the leading scorer’s list with Christian Oughton (30/33) in the front of the pack.

In Division Five, Albert ‘B’ is also in the ascendancy thanks largely to the division’s leading scorer – Shaun Alvey with 30/30 followed by team mate Steve Turner (25/30).

Vulcan ‘F’ have a slight edge over Hallam Grange ‘C’ in the Division Four title race but it’s John Daniels (Hallam) with 27/30 who heads the top scorer’s list at this stage.

The consistency of Andy Hepworth (20/21) has contributed to the three point margin which Crookes ‘D’ hold over second placed Hallam Grange ‘A ‘whose Division Three challenge is led by Pete Mannion (19/27).

Crookes ‘C’ appears to be destined for a top flight spot next term as they hold a four point lead over Clifton ‘A’. This is largely thanks to Matt Bacon (26/30) and Steve Chu (22/27) who currently head the Division Two top scorer’s list.

In the top flight, reigning Sheffield champion Jack Grant leads the way with 25/26 and fellow Stocksbridge ‘A’ teammate Simon Pugh is third in the list with 21/26. Currently, it’s hard to see beyond Stocksbridge ‘A’ to win the title for a record fourteenth time!
