Three teams are still unbeaten after week 2, defending champions Gt. Horkesley A, H2O Rowhedge B and H2O Reapers. Gt. Horkesley A with Steve Holland, again winning both his singles, narrowly beat Pegasus A (Steve Noble & John Morley) 3-2. Pete Witton recording his first singles win of the campaign  to secure the victory.

H2O Rowhedge B (Rik James, guesting, & Neil Huatan) sailed past Tollgate A (Greg Green & Steve New) 5-0.  Gt. Horkesley B (Jennie Clark & Denise Thompson) used their handicaps to good advantage beating H2O Rowhedge A (David Moss & Thomas Lewis) 5-0 and in doing so the Rowhedge side dropped from 1st. to 7th.

H2O Reapers, again without skipper Oli Reynolds, beat H2O Rowhedge E 3-2 with Pawee Szemro and Jarek Sahaj recording their first singles win each for the E side.  Pegasus B (Vic Little & Helen Woolnough) beat H2O Rowhedge D 4-1 who have yet to record a victory but, no doubt, this will soon change.

There are some extremely interesting tussles next week with both winless H2O Rowhedge D & Tollgate A pitched together and unbeaten H2O Reapers & Gt. Horkesley A also playing each other. Two different records to fall at each end of the table.
