With the season just coming to a close 2016/17 saw some very competitive table tennis,no more than Div 1 with 4 teams fighting out the 2nd half of the season. The league was decided in the final match with Maylands 2 team winning the league by 5 points wirg Cranston 1 and 3rd place separated by 2 points.

A great final with Questors 5 the Div 3 winners v the much more experienced HWM 3. Questors started slowly with the first 4 games going heavily in HWM favour. HWM 3 - Bruce Kettle, Paul Whatton &Richard Jackman Questors 5 Hamza Amode, Joe Lock & Tasneem Radim
