MARCH BULLETIN 2014

The Preston Championships were held on Sunday 2nd

The event proved to be a success and was run in an efficient and friendly manner.

Thanks to ALL the volunteers who helped the day, especially John Irving, 

Andrew White and Bryan Walker.

This year’s Divisional CUP Finals will be held on Wednesday 26th

Table Tennis Centre. 7:30pm start. Please come along and support this event.

I am sure you will witness some exciting table tennis.

Summer arrangements

The winter season is coming to close and we will soon be entering our summer season. A 

comprehensive Diary will follow this Bulletin, please make sure you are aware of when the 

Centre is open or closed.

Match Fees

The treasurer has sent out an invoice to teams playing at the Centre, and those in Cup semi finals.

Please ensure that you send in your match fees before the end of March. It is important as we need to 

get our financial affairs in order for the year end accounts.

AGM/Presentation Evening 

This season’s AGM / Presentation night will be held on Friday 16th

Cadley Causeway Fulwood Preston.

Further details to follow in April Bulletin.

New rules and amendments

Secretaries : Please note that any requests for changes to Rules and Regulations, or new ideas/

suggestions, must be in the hands of the General Secretary by the 16th April

 May at St Anthony’s Club.

Preston Guild City Games 2014

As the inaugural City games were a smash hit, the Preston City Council Sports Team are holding 

them again over the weekend of 7th

competition being held on Saturday 7th

The event is aimed at Businesses, Charities and Organisations.

Therefore if you or your employers are interested then please contact Preston Sports Development 

team and they will provide all the information.
