Club Development Update
Steve Pratt and I are meeting with Lee Monk and Gemma Parry (who Lee was covering for) from Table Tennis England on Thursday 1st Feb

With the coaching courses now underway the next challenge is to complete the Clubs Development Plan. I have picked up on the work already done on this and will be working with TTE and the PTTC Committee to come up with the Clubs vision for the future and how we intend to achieve it.  We need to be both ambitious and realistic in our approach. The plan is coming along nicely but lots to do and discuss on it so information will be coming out about this shortly. All members will be given the chance to contribute to the plan.

I have also started the process towards the Club applying for The Club Mark Accreditation. This is a universally acknowledged cross sport accreditation scheme for community sports Clubs. This wont happen over night but it would be a great thing to achieve as it a quality stamp for Clubs with the highest standards of welfare, equity, coaching and management in community sports Clubs.

By achieving it will also put us in a stronger position for any capital grants we may apply for in the future.

Its all good stuff and a continuation on the progress we have already made

The Machine :)
