The AGM will be held at St Anne’s Rugby C (Post Code OL1 3JY) on Thursday 15th June 2017 commencing at 8pm.
Please ensure that a representative of your club attends, as non- attendance attracts a £5 fine.
At this meeting, teams need to be registered for the coming season and a £10 non - returnable deposit per team is to be paid. This will be deducted from your fees on the ‘Pay in Night’ on Thursday 24th August 2017.
Please use the Team Registration Form attached, completing all the requested information, which will be used in the production of next year’s handbook. Ideally, all secretaries should have an E-mail address and post codes of premises should also be included.
The attached Proposed Ranking List is required by ‘Pay in Night-24th August’ but, can be handed in at the AGM if available.
