Coaching Qualification
The league is looking to members for support in coaching our players. This is a fantastic opportunity to give something back to the league, help our less experienced players and  encourage new players into the league. We have already had 3 players complete our level 1 coaching, and are looking to extend this. We'll cover the costs of the ETTA coaching qualification. In exchange we'd ask for your help in supporting coaches at our sessions, and other events we have planned, as we try to grow the league. Speak to Bob Whittaker, if you are interested, or to Richard Costall, Curt Baggott or Jackie Flavell, if you want details on the coaching qualification itself.

Coaching sessions
We are continuing with our Friday evening coaching sessions with Adrian Pilgrim, all levels welcome 6:30pm-8:00pm at Academy sports centre off Radnor Drive. £3 per session.

Carnival
As a way to promote the league we will be entering the Nuneaton Carnival again this year. Last year we cleaned up winning Best Float, Presidents Choice, and best overall float. The date is the 11th June, and you can support us in many ways: walking the route, collecting as a marshal, helping to build items for the float. Making a donation towards the costs involved. Helping the stall on the field. The theme is Musicals, and Richard has plans / designs in place. More details will come soon. If you'd like to support us contact Richard Costall - Richard.costall@outlook.com

Bramcote open day
We are currently looking to have a presence at Bramcote open day on Sunday 23rd July 2017 to promote the league. This will potentially take the form of a stall with some tables and a raffle, handing out leaflets and coaching on an informal basis. More details to follow:

Rope Walk (date TBC)
Last year we had a table setup in the Rope Walk shopping centre on a Saturday. We had a lot of interest and around 15 people signed up for our coaching sessions. It's a great way to promote the league. We are looking into doing this again, more details to follow.

Coaching Day
Recently some of our players attended a table tennis boot camp in Birmingham. We are currently looking into holding a one day event in Nuneaton. This will take the form of a 5 hour session (break for lunch) and will be headed up by 2 or more very experienced coaches. All players in the league could benefit from this session. Likely to happen on a weekday in August cost around £20 per person.

Facebook / Twitter
Be sure to follow us and share our posts on Facebook - Nuneaton Table Tennis League. We do get people messaging us about training and clubs, the more people we reach, the more we will attract. It's also an easy way to keep members up to date on our activities. We also have a twitter account: @NunTableTennis - if you want to post some Nuneaton table tennis news / results or pics. Send them to Curt Baggott or Richard Costall
