Dear fellow North Devon table tennis players
Myself and the committee would like to cordially invite all league players existing, past and future to Instow Village Hall on Wednesday 27th July 730pm to hold a presentation event of trophies won over the last 3 seasons. We really want as many as possible to attend so will be providing free refreshments in the form of hot & cold drinks with a finger buffet – by way of a thank you as well as celebrating being able to get back together again!
We would also like to use the night to take entries for the coming season as well as rubber stamping the items raised for the AGM which we will hold during the evening – our promise to you is that the timing of the AGM will be minimal as all and any proposals will be circulated prior to the night, committee members will be nominated in advance (if you are interested in joining please let an existing committee member or myself know – we even do online meetings most of the time now!). So, the AGM bit will be a show of hands by those there to complete the formalities.

Marcus will be providing the entry forms. Michael Sussex needs all the trophies held by players returned as a matter of urgency so we can arrange for engraving prior to the night. We would also like to know if you DON’T wish to have a ‘keeps’ medal so as to not waste resource.
As we are providing catering we really need to know how many will be attending at least 7 days in advance – 22nd July and please, do speak with your players and come along to support the sport that we all love so we can make the coming seasons even more successful.
