NEWTON ABBOT TABLE TENNIS CLUB – CLEANING SCHEDULE  -  DATE _____________

On arrival – 18:00-18:30

·       check that the communal toilets are clean and soap is available.

·       Wipe clean using anti-bacterial wipes any school tables and chairs to be used

·       If doors cannot be fixed open clean handles and push plates

End of first session – 19:30-19:40

·       Players on each table to wipe down the TT table using mild soapy spray

·       Players to wipe down any chairs used with anti-bacterial wipes

·       All balls returned to Hygiene officer to clean with anti-bacterial wipes

·       Any club equipment borrowed to be cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes

·       Any surrounds handled to be cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes

End of second session – 20:40-21:50

·       Players on each table to wipe down the TT table using mild soapy spray

·       Players to wipe down any chairs used with anti-bacterial wipes

·       All balls returned to Hygiene officer to clean with anti-bacterial wipes

·       Any club equipment borrowed to be cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes

·       Any surrounds handled to be cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes

End or during final session – 21:30-22:00

·       Players on each table to wipe down the TT table using mild soapy spray

·       Players to wipe down any chairs used with anti-bacterial wipes

·       All balls returned to Hygiene officer to clean with anti-bacterial wipes

·       Any club equipment borrowed to be cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes

·       Any surrounds handled to be cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes

·       Hygiene Officer to clean any school tables and chairs used

·       Hygiene Officer/volunteer to clean (if club’s responsibility) communal toilets

·       On exiting wipe down door handles and push plates
