Luton stay 5th with this 9-1 thumping of Sheerness East and have now taken 17 points off the Div One basement side this season. Only Niyi Oyelade offered any resistance beating Tony Boarer for the sole point and taking legs off both Ian Sayer and Dave Hopkins. Niyi's teamates Simon Hatt and Tony Slater found it tough going at the Luton Road venue although Simon did partner Niyi in a close Doubles where a 5th leg was needed by the Sayer/Hopkins combo to seal the win.
