Jamie Diddams picked up his customary maximum and was supported by left handed maestro Kelvin Brown who posted a double, only losing to the ever reliable Paul Sidders, 11,1 in the fifth.  Every player contributed on the night, Colin Swan defeated Tony Bull in four close legs as did Mike Kemlo, also against Tony Bull, this time 11,9 in the fifth. Bull wasn't to leave empty handed though, posting a great fourth leg win over Paul Sidders
