Division 2

1. Ravenshead Rhinos  bt  Hucknall 50+  -  7-3  - P.O.M – Steve Scott

4. Boothys Ravens   vs   Jacksdale D  -  8-2  - P.O.M – Philip Parkin

Lisa Lewis started her campaign well winning all her singles as well as the doubles, but unfortunately this was not enough to stop the Angels losing 6-4 to the Rhinos in the first match of the season.

Steve Scott led the Rhinos to a convincing win over Hucknall 50+ winning all his singles as well as the Doubles with Russell Harrison. Rhinos are the early league leaders with 13 pts after 2 matches.

Old Bats New player Nigel Stent kicked off his Mansfield Campaign with an unbeaten Player of the Match Performance, convincingly winning all his singles & doubles 3-0. Old Bats who didn’t win a game all last season are looking a different prospect this year.

Tony Swain’s Player of the Match Performance once again winning all his games could not help the Snipers who were defeated by the Rebels 6-4.

Both Phil Parkin & Andy Bunting both came in unbeaten in their 1st match of the season against Jacksdale D, also taking the doubles together as well. Strong start from the team that came 3rd last year.
