In Paperstation Malvern League Division 1 Ledbury Lions eased their relegation fears with a 7-3 victory against Manor Park Travellers thanks to another maximum from Hong Kong National Yeh Tsz Yan and 2 wins each for Steve Meredith and Matt Hodges, Craig Preece replied with 2 wins for Travellers and also combining with Toby Wren to take the doubles. Ledbury Collection defeated Pterodactyls 6-4 thanks to 2 wins each for Patryk Kovacz and Nigel Foreshew and 1 for Harry Jutle. Svilen Andreev was in superb form for Pterodactyls taking his 3 singles supported by Matt Hodges with 1,Nigel and Patryk won the crucial doubles against Svilen and Matt 13-11 in the 5th set.
Division 2 Report
Manor Park Wanderers defeated Upton 7-3 with a maximum for Stan Mason supported by Phil Smethurst with 2 and Dave Bradley with 1, Roger Davies with 2 and Mark Davies 1 replied for Upton. Poolbrook Dynamos eased past CSSC Nomads 9-1 with maximums for both Geoff Burford and John Phillips and 2 from Tom James, Dave Hayes replied with a single win for Nomads. Scuttling Gang defeated Tornados 7-3 thanks to 3 wins from Ray Davies supported by Richard Cullis with 2 and Ken Hipwell with 1. Dominic Weston replied with 2 for Tornados and James Mulka 1.

X Police maintained their title challenge with a 6-4 win against Manor Park Crackpots thanks to a maximum for Steve Mulka supported by James Mulka with 2 , Stephen Lindner replied with 2 for Crackpots and Ed Palmer and Bob Hunt 1 each. Devils revived their promotion hopes thanks to a narrow 6-4 win against league leaders Bromyard Hopefuls with 2 wins each for Liz Hallam, Paul Lythgoe and Pete Harding. Ed Tinton maintained his unbeaten record for Bromyard with 3 more wins and victory in the doubles against Paul and Pete with David Gwilt. Poolbrook Rangers defeated Crackpots B 8-2 with 3 wins each for Phil Smethurst and Rob Weston and 2 for Nick Haggar, Stan Gynn replied for Crackpots B also winning the doubles with Ted Cates. Abbeydowne and Poolbrook Panthers shared a 5-5 draw with Neils Erikksson in top form for Abbeydowne taking his 3 singles and the doubles with Chris Burrows who also enjoyed a singles victory. Jude Tyson and Collette James with 2 each and Ewan Gear 1 earned the draw for Panthers.
