Division 1 Report.
In Paperstation Malvern League Division 1 CSSC Ramblers enjoyed a superb 6-4 victory against Broadheath Belters thanks to 2 excellent wins from both Alan Salisbury and Graham Thompson. Chris Hewitt also contributed a victory and combined with Graham to take the doubles in 4 sets against Brett Brining and Sasha Grokhotov. Sasha was unbeaten for Belters and Brett contributed the other win. Manor Park Express claimed a second successive victory in their attempt to avoid relegation with a 7-3 victory against bottom of the table Crackpots E. Dave Woodyatt 3 Pete Griffiths 2 and Dale Dickenson 1 were successful for Express with Dave and Pete also defeating Dave Steen and Matt Hodges in the doubles. Colin Dolding with 2 and Dave Steen 1 were victorious for Crackpots E. Pterodactyls and Manor Park Pumas shared a 5-5 draw with Wayne Chopping again unbeaten for Pterodactyls and also combining with Graham Collier to take the doubles in 5 sets against Geoff Woodward and Jon Dyke. Graham contributed the other win for Pterodactyls with Geoff and Jon winning 2 each for Pumas and Dave Hallam claiming the other victory.
Division 2 Report.
Manor Park Travellers maintained their 100% winning record with a 10-0 victory against Poolbrook Wanderers thanks to maximums from Martin Snee, Toby Wren and Pete Roberts. Scuttling Gang kept up their challenge for 2nd place with a 9-1 win against YMCA Vulcans thanks to maximums from Richard McKenna and Ray Davies. Bill Smith also contributed 2 victories with Richard Bennett replying with a single win for Vulcans.
Division 3 Report.
Crackpots D enjoyed a crucial 6-4 victory against promotion challenging Tornados thanks to another maximum from Frank Lane and single wins from James Palmer and Bob Rhodes. James and Bob also won the doubles against Andy Banks and Ethan Webb, in reply Andy and Ethan had 2 singles wins each for Tornados. Manor Park Crackpots defeated an undermanned Crackpots B 7-3 thanks to 2 wins from Stephen Lindner and 1 for Will Jones. Will and Stephen also took the doubles against Stan Ginn and Ted Cates. Stan won 2 and Ted 1 for Crackpots E. Manor Park Devils enjoyed 2 wins to leapfrog into 2nd place with 7-3 and 6-4 victories against Abbeydowne and Poolbrook Panthers respectively. Paul Lythgoe again won his 3 games for Devils against Panthers with Pete Harding 2 and Denis Chetwood 1 claiming the other wins. Collette James with 2 wins and Ian Sage 1 replied for Panthers. Pete went on to claim 3 wins against Abbeydowne and the doubles with Liz Hallam. Liz and Denis contributed the other wins. Chris Burrows and Niels Erikkson won 2 each for Abbeydowne.
