Division 1 Report.

In Paperstation Malvern League Division 1 ManorPark Pumas shared a thrilling 5-5 draw with Ledbury Rovers, Jon Dyke and Geoff Woodward claimed 2 singles wins each for Pumas, James Dance defeated Geoff for Rovers but was unlucky to lose both his other games in 5 sets including an epic 7-11,9-11,17-15,12-10,18-20 defeat to Dave Hallam. James did combine with Ady Marshall to take the crucial doubles against Jon and Geoff, Ady 2 and Bob Marshall 1 were Rovers other victors. Ramblers maintained their title challenge with a convincing 9-1 defeat  of Ledbury Lions thanks again to maximums from Graham Thompson and Chris Hewitt. Patrick Kowacs did however achieve a creditable 5 set win against Alan Salisbury to earn Lions solitary point. Belters defeated Express 9-1 with 3 wins from Brett Brining and Malvern league debutant Ben Bennett. Pete Griffiths replied for Express with victory against John Stalker. Ledbury Collection retained the league leadership despite being reduced to 2 players defeating Crackpots E 7-3 thanks to maximums from Nigel Foreshew and Craig Preece.

Division 2 Report.

Manor Park Travellers maintained their 100% record with a 7-3 defeat of Poolbrook Dynamos thanks again to maximums from Toby Wren and Martin Snee , Toby and Martin also combining to take the doubles against Tom James and Geoff Burford. Tom, Geoff and John Phillips replied for Dynamos with singles wins against Ken Hipwell. Beryl Shammon and Richard Bennett were in fine form for YMCA Vulcans winning all their 3 matches in the 9-1 defeat of Upton Floods with Simon Harrison contributing the other 2  victories. Roger Davies replied for Upton. Scuttling Gang defeated X Police 7-3 thanks to a maximum from Chris Field and 2 wins each for Bill Smith and Ray Davies. Steve Mulka replied with 2 wins for X Police and also combined with Alan Preece to take the doubles in 5 sets against Ray and Chris. 

Division 3 Report.

Manor Park Devils were held to a 5-5 draw by Crackpots B for whom Stan Ginn starred with 3 victories including a hard fought 5 set victory against the previously unbeaten Paul Lythgoe. There were also wins for Alan Forsdike and Ted Cates. Devils replied with 2 wins for Liz Hallam and Paul
Lythgoe , the latter also took the crucial doubles with Peter Harding against Stan and Alan to secure a share of the points. Tornados are in hot pursuit at the top following their 7-3 win against Tekkers thanks to 3 wins from Andy Banks, 2 from Dominic Weston and 1 from Zoe Snee. Andy and Dominic  also combined to take the doubles Ben and James Meredith, Ben 2 and James 1 replied for Tekkers. Poolbrook Panthers then defeated Tekkers 8-2 thanks to maximums from Collette James and Ewan Gear who also won the doubles , Jude Tyson arned Panthers other victory, Ben and Patrick Oakley replied with wins for Tekkers. Crackpots D returned to winning ways with 2 wins against Abbey College 8-2 and 6-4 respectively Frank Lane being unbeaten in both matches for Crackpots with James Palmer also providing 5 wins and Tim Dolding chipping in with 1 and achieving doubles success with Frank.  Wesel 3, Zlatin 2 and Dede replied for Abbey College. Manor Park Crackpots enjoyed a narrow 6-4 win against Abbeydowne thanks to 3 wins for Will Jones  and single wins for Ed Palmer and Dina Murdle. Ed and Will also won the doubles against Chris Burrows and Niels Eriksson. Chris and Niels each won 2 matches each for Abbeydowne.
