Division 1 Report.
Paperstation Malvern League Division 1 Pterodactyls shared the points with Ledbury Collection in a thrilling 5-5 draw, Wayne Chopping and Dave White claimed 2 singles wins each and combined to win the doubles against Nigel Foreshew and Craig Preece. Harry Jutle won 2 for Collection including an excellent victory against Wayne as did Nigel Foreshew inflicting a rare defeat for Dave in the process. Craig Preece contributed the other win for Collection. Ledbury Lions defeated Crackpots E 8-2 thanks to a maximum from Steve Meredith and 2 wins each for Richard Smith and Patryk Kovacz, Colin Dolding against Paul and Dave Steen against Richard replied for Crackpots E. Ramblers kept up their title challenge with an 8-2 victory against Manor Park Express thanks to maximums from Chris Hewitt and Graham Thompson, Alan Salisbury contributed the other singles victory for Ramblers with Dale Dickenson and Pete Griffiths replying with fine wins against Alan for Express.
Division 2 Report.
Manor Park Travellers maintained their 100% record with a 10-0 whitewash of CSSC Nomads thanks again to maximums from Toby Wren , Martin Snee and Ken Hipwell . Toby and Martin also combining to take the doubles against Ed Palmer and Adrian Fray Charlie Burford and Dave Bradley were in top form for Wanderers winning all their 3 matches in the 7-3 defeat of Upton Floods with Rob Weston contributing the other victory. Roger Davies and Dominic Weston replied for Upton with Roger combining with Pete Nash to take the doubles against Charlie and Robert. Poolbrook Dynamos defeated X Police 8-2 thanks to maximums from John Phillips and Tom James, Geoff Burford also took 1 singles and the doubles with Tom against Steve and James Mulka. Steve and James replied with single victories for X Police.
Division 3 Report.
Devils maintained their championship challenge with an 8-2 victory against Manor Park Crackpots thanks to another maximum from Paul Lythgoe and 2 wins each for Liz Hallam and Peter Harding. Crackpots replied with 2 wins by Stephen Lindner. Tornados are in hot pursuit following their 6-4 win against Poolbrook Panthers thanks to 3 wins from Andy Banks and 2 from Dominic Weston. They also combined to take the crucial doubles against Collette James and Ewan Gear. Collette 2, Ewan 1 and Ian Sage 1 replied for Panthers. Panthers returned to winning ways with a 7-3 victory against Abbey College with a maximum from Ewan, 2 wins for Ian and 1 from Collette. Collette and Ewan also took the doubles. Zlatin 2 and Dede replied for Abbey College. Abbey College also suffered a narrow 6-4 defeat against Abbeydowne despite 2 wins each for Dede and Wasel. Chris Burrows and Len Hitchman enjoyed 2 victories each for Abbeydowne and also combined to take the crucial doubles in 5 sets against Wasel and Dede. Roy Holland gained Abbeydownes other win. Abbeydowne also won 8-2 against Team Tekkers thanks to a maximum from Niels Eriksson and 2 wins again for Chris and Len, Ben Meredith replied with 2 wins for Tekkers
