Despite the scoreline  the match was played in good humour and notable only

as a demonstration of Gareth’s fitness as Chris wanted to leave early and Gareth ended up

playing sets 8 and 9 followed immediately by the doubles.

Obviously, three in a row left him yearning for more and he then played a (friendly) best of 5 with Les.

I really hope he finds it hard to get out of bed tomorrow morning..
