PRO were reduced to two players after John Crawford pulled a thigh muscle on Wednesday evening playing in a Central League match. With no one else available this left Ron and George to do their best against a quite strong Treasury side. 

The closest game of the evening was Ronnie against Petko which in truth could have gone either way, but it turned out to be Petko’s turn for a win. 

PRO also managed three other legs, two for George against Tony and against Petko with also the first leg in the doubles. 

For Treasury Winston was the star winning his two singles in three and then helping to win the doubles. He was ably helped by Tony and Petko and then teamed up with Tony to win the doubles as well.
