It is important that at least one member of each club/team is present.

It is your opportunity to have your say in running the League, either by becoming a Committee Member, or by proposing changes to rules. There will be vacancies as members are retiring this year.

Notice is given for an Annual General Meeting that will be held not later than 31st August in each year, when all League players and Committee Members will be able to attend with voting powers.

The Committee will all be elected at the Annual General Meeting. Committee Members shall be proposed & seconded, in writing, and 14 days’ notice of the proposal given to the Secretary prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting. In the event of more than the required number of nominations being submitted, a vote shall take place.

Any amendment, alteration or additional rules must be submitted to the Secretary in writing, at least 14 days in advance of the meeting for inclusion on the Agenda, which shall be circulated to all affiliated clubs at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
