CRUSADERS C were home to MARKET RASEN WARRIORS  and their captain Bill Holmes was back to his sparkling best this week with three comfortable singles wins, helped by three wins too from Rob Trevethick and two singles and a doubles win from Dan Brown. The best match a 9-11, 11-5, 11-8, 9-11, 11-6 win for Dan over Roy Ellis.  Ever improving junior Jack Bradley ,travelled all the way from Skegness to beat Dan by 10-12, 9-11, 11-7, 10-12.

The result an excellent win for the C’s by 9-1.

CRUSADERS OLYMPIANS entertained RUSTONS A. Their number one for the evening was Craig Whetton with three straight game wins. Captain Alkisti and Wiggy Wignall were not far behind ,each losing only one of their games. Best performances for the visitors were by Bob O’Hara losing to Alkisti in four and by Paul Conyers losing to Wiggy in four

The result was a comprehensive win for Olympians by 10-0.

SLAPPERS were playing KEAL MADRID  and their best player  again was Clive Mitchell who took both Finlay Keal and Ian Sleight to four game matches.  Top Madrid player for the evening was junior Finlay Keal playing in the number one slot and achieving three excellent victories helped by captain, Nigel and Ian with three wins also.

The result a surprising 10-0 win for Keal Madrid.

PSYCHO –DELICS had the honour of hosting the A TEAM. Top Psycho for the evening was Joe Sheehan, with probably his best ever Lincoln win by beating Matt Hewitt by 11-9, 7-11, 12-10, 10-12, 11-6. Not far behind was the devastating big  hitting man, Colin Walters with an excellent win over Dan Otter by 4-11, 11-6, 11-6, 11-7. For the A’s however Dan Rimmer again showed  why he is one of the League’s best players with three fine singles wins helped by two each from Matt and Dan Otter ,to take the A’s to an impressive 8-2 victory.

CRUSADERS B'S played FANTASTIC FIVE  a week later than normal in a rearranged game.

Captain of the B's mick "Duddy " Dudman was in dangerous form, showing all his devastating flat hitting skills in three fine singles wins. Star man ,Paul Moore was again showing his best skills in winning all his matches comfortably helped by the ever determined Roy Harper. Top for the Fantastics was Ben Applewhite who eased to a five game win over Roy. The result a season defining possibly win for the B's by 9-1.


RUSTONS B enjoyed receiving   MARKET RASEN TIGERS for whom Daniel Cox , Stephen Naylor and Ryan Hinson all gained one singles win each. However the wily experience of the Ruston B’s proved too much with maximums for Dick Peacock and John Bowman in both singles and doubles , to maintain their push for the title.

ASSASSINS brought forward their match with IMPS  for whom captain Malcolm Scott was again in strong form helped by many long rallies from Dr Basu , but determined play from Mike Willis, ever improving Andy Smith and perseverance from David Arnold proved too strong in the long rallies and resulted in a 10-0 win for Assassins.

MISFITS were home to CRUSADERS E  and Lex Robinson  cruised to an excellent win over Ian Minogue by 11-9, 12-10, 11-8 and Nicholas Robinson eased home in the fifth against Iain Hicklin by 7-11, 11-5, 6-11, 11-5, 11-4.

However E’s captain Robert McCann with three good singles wins and two each from Ian and Iain took the E’s to an unbeatable 8-2 win.
