FUTURE DATES FOR COACHING WITH DAN O’CONNELL AT NATLAND

These sessions need to be booked and, where applicable, paid for in advance through the Club Secretary (Peter). You can either just book a table or take advantage of coaching sessions. Generally we expect to run a group coached session 11am to 1 pm max 8 players. In addition one to one coaching sessions may be booked in blocks of 30 minutes before or after the group session.
If there is insufficient demand or circumstances outside of our control the Club may cancel sessions. Any fees paid for a session cancelled by the Club will be refunded. If you wish to cancel your booking 48 hours’ notice must be given otherwise no refund will be given.
The group session caters for all levels of players and is open to all ages. Very young and very inexperienced players will need a dedicated partner which can be arranged with sufficient notice.
Saturday session costs
The group 2 hour coached session with professional coach Dan O’Connell costs £8.00 per person for members and juniors and £10.00 per person non-members/pay as you play
Table booking (uncoached). Note you need to arrange your own partner and generally the time slots available will be 9-11am and on some occasions 1.15-3.15pm
Fully paid Club Members no charge as included in your membership fee (BUT you still must book in advance).
Pay as you play members £3 per table per hour
Non-members £5.00 per table per hour.
One to one coaching with Dan O’Connell costs £27per hour Members and £31 per hour
non-members. (NB This can also be 1 to 2 so Dan coaches two players at one time and thereby halves the cost per person)
One to one coaching with Peter Leahy costs £5 per hour Members and £7 per hour for non-members
Dan O’Connell is currently the Table Tennis performance coach at UCLAN and a former assistant coach to the UAE national team. Former Welsh No.1, he played professionally in Europe and played for Wales in the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
Peter Leahy, Secretary of Natland & Oxenholme TTC, is a Level 1 Table Tennis England Licensed Coach
Both Dan and Peter hold current DBS, Safeguarding and First Aid certificates.
