New season entry forms
Entry/Player Registration forms have been issued to Club Secretaries today.
Completed entries are required back to Tim Baker by Tuesday 14th August 2012 at the latest. The league will be formulated at the Committee Meeting the following week.
A pdf copy of the entry form is attached.
