A top versus bottom encounter, resulting in an excellent result for table proppers Northchurch which just failed to lift them above C&S C. Aidan Walsh was the star of the show with 3 hard-earned wins, but Bronwen Watson came up with some amazing returns against all 3 home players to take two matches and only just failed to take Aidan to a deciding game with a 12-10 defeat in the fourth. Bronwen then teamed up with Steve Laird to take the doubles in four games.
