The Alan White Team Handicap Competition

Haywards Heath Table Tennis League’s very popular The Alan White team handicap competition took place last Wednesday 25th October at Warden Park Academy School Cuckfield.

Played over two rounds with the top four winners over two rounds going through to the final on November 26th.

Round One

Magiks with Mel Sims, Alistair Blue and Tony Turk defeated Smashing Pumpkins.

Bashers with Kate Bridger and John plus Tim Grant defeated Game Changers

Spin Masters with Claudio and Riccardo Bagaini plus Tommy Worley defeated Dark Horses.

Dynamos  with Matt and Richard Caddy plus Richard Cosens defeated Thunderbolts

Burning Rubber with Blake Davis, Gavin Pitts and Steve Ive defeated St Andrews.


Round Two

Burning Rubber with Blake Davis, Gavin Pitts and Steve Lee defeated Game Changers by 33 points
 
St Andrews with Terry Dean, Stuart Vincent and Darius Mayhew defeated Magiks by 7 points

Bashers with Kate and John Bridger plus Tim Grant defeated Dynamos by 9 points

Spin Masters with Claudio and Ricardo Bagaini plus Tommy Worley defeated Smashing Pumpkins by 22 points

Dark Horses with Ross Knowlson, Viv Cole and Steve Ive defeated Thunderbolts by 28 points.

Three outright winners over two rounds. Bashers, Spin Masters and Burning Rubber won both games while the forth place went to Dynamos on points difference.

Dynamos, Bashers, Burning Rubber and Spin Masters will compete in the final for the Alan White Trophy on November 26th at Warden Park.
