After the recent freeze a number of re-arranged matches were played in cup week as

the Hastings & District Table Tennis League attempted to catch up.

The most significant were in Division Two where new leader Bexhill E picked up maximum points from an 8-2 win over Tackleway E who were without Dave Wilson.

Pam Winter and Tina Beaney were unbeaten for the leaders and Paul Welford won two.

Tigers A still have that crucial game in hand but they dropped a point in a 6-4 win over Hollington Academy D, for whom Kevin Barry had a straight games maximum.

Chris Woods, Roger Smith and Dave Mitchell won two apiece for Tigers.

Tackleway D beat Hollington A 7-3 when Owen Hatter, Keith Lindsay and Alan Blackman all won twice as did Shaun Godfrey for the losers.

 

In Division One, Bexhill C beat Saints B with Graham Gillett winning three and Andy Chapman two while Ron Davenport picked up two for Saints.
