Bandits B now look certainties for the Div 2 title with the nine points from this convincing win over Strines Knights. Mark Lambe and Adam Barton were unbeaten and the Knights only success was Roger Etchell's four set win over Lukas Buricin. Alan Darnell put up a great fight against Mark Lambe, only to succumb 5-11 in the fifth set. Alan was also unlucky in the doubles as he and Roger took Adam and Mark to five sets but lost out in the fifth. The duel for the top player in Div 2 is also getting interesting as Mark Lambe moved within two wins of Hyde CC's Brian Hadfield.
