Lancashire and Cheshire League 2016/2017

We congratulate the Glossop team who have won League Division 1 and now go into the Premier Division next year. The team was Jordan Potts at number 1, Mike Bradbury at 2 and Paul Doolan at 3. Mike went undefeated, Jordan lost just 1 out of 14 and Paul won well over 50% .

Also the Glossop A team finished a respectable 4th out of 9 in Division 2. The players were Tim Boothman at Number 1, John Potts at 2 and the evergreen Lionel Royle at 3. John won 11 out of 16, Lionel 9 out of 16 and Tim 7 out of 16. This was on two Sundays one on October and one March. 

Very well done to both teams.
