After five very competitive sets it was Alson who came out on top to avenge his earlier loss to Wayne. The match between Cwmbran Panthers and Cwmbran Devils saw the return of Colin Scott who was playing his first match of the season. His return had the immediate effect of helping the Devils to only their second win of the season. However, the Panthers provided the player of the match in Howard Gaut.
