The format for this competition is for the entry, currently at 41 Players, to be split in half. The better players in one group and the rest in the other. A random public draw takes place to make up the doubles teams by picking out a player from each group.
These teams are then put into groups of 5 and conduct a Round Robin competition on the day of the event. The winner and runner up from each group then goes forward into a Knockout cmpetition to decide the winning team.
This is the competitions 7th year and is eagerly awaited, especially to see who will be paired with who and try and guess which team will win.
