26-03-12 Jack Winder

Dear All,

It is with the deepest regret that I have to announce to you all that Jack Winder, Draycott and Long Eaton TTC’s Vice Chairman and Over 50’s Representative, was taken seriously ill whilst at the club during the Over 50’s session on Friday morning. He was taken to hospital by ambulance and sadly died in hospital.

Funeral arrangements for those people who wish to attend will be posted on the Draycott and Long Eaton website and I will also try and e-mail them to you.

Kind regards,

Helen Lumby

The funeral service is to be held at Bramcote Crematorium at 2pm on Thursday the 29th of March.

There will be a celebration of Jack’s life at The Bulls Head Breaston after the service.

Ann has said that everyone is welcome to both the service and The Bulls Head if they wish to attend.

Ann has requested no flowers but donations may be given to any of the following:

Injured Jockeys Fund

Air Ambulance Service

Macmillan Cancer Care

This can be done at the Crematorium, The Bulls Head or directly to Ann at her home address (please contact myself or Graham Gobey if you need the address).

Ann requests clothing to be informal, just wear what you would if you were meeting Jack socially. She would prefer no formal funeral clothing.
