We only collect and use personal information for the purposes of facilitating members of the Club to participate in competitive table tennis.

Information is only stored and maintained during an individual’s membership of the club.
What information do we hold about you?
Date of Birth
Table Tennis England Membership Number
Heath Issues (if appropriate to safeguard the health and wellbeing of a member).
With regard to Junior members (under 18) of the club we require the name and contact details of a next of kin.
Sharing and disclosing your personal information with external parties
Information is only shared with local Table Tennis Leagues, to register you to play in competitions and if necessary with Table Tennis England (The National Governing Body for Table Tennis) to demonstrate your eligibility to participate in Table Tennis Competitions.
Personal information is never sold, shared or given to any other organisation.

Members are requested to update us if information changes and required to update their membership form when we hold registration event.
