Chiefs find a key to The Enigmas

HOT STUFF AT HQ

Match report by Neil Wheatley.

Colebridge Chiefs made their first visit to a hot and steamy Radford Headquarters last night to take on unbeaten Nomads Enigmas. For the second week running, the home team fielded only two players, but Malcolm Macfarlane and Steve Proctor are no pushovers and worked hard to defend their record.

After a series of long and topsy turvy games, Chiefs secured a 6-4 win thanks to Neil’s two singles wins and Mike E’s defeat of Proctor.

( Ed. note - the author feels that further reportage is unnecessary , given that Enigmas fielded only two players. )
