Dear Club Members,

Latest news and events running at the club.


The club is going to extend the Friday evening sessions to 10 p.m. on the following dates for the rest of the winter season, so please try and support.

17th January, 31st January, 28th February, 14th March

Please also note that the club will be closed on the 7th, 18th March and 21st March for practice, as the club will be hosting the Cheltenham Closed Tournaments. Entry forms for these events will be on the web site shortly.


The coaching sessions, will be on the following dates this month

Juniors: 24th Jan,31st Jan 7th Feb, 14th Feb,28th Feb, 14th Mar

Seniors: 31st Jan, 28th Feb, 14th Mar

Private coaching is also available at a rate of £20.00 per hour, please talk to the coaches on an individual basis to check their availability.


I am pleased to announce that Irek’s bat has been found, so thank you everyone. Jack Greening has now misplaced his bat, so please can we have a look for this one. The table tennis bat is our most important tool, please try and look after them.



Our juniors that have been representing Cheltenham, are now pushing to win division 3 of the National Junior League, we will keep you up to date on their progress. We also hope to have an update next month on the cadet team performance. Beth Priest has also been making a name for herself after making the semi finals in her band at a recent national tournament



Last month Dave Barnes went for a splash on Christmas Day, and we are pleased to report that he raised over £400 for the James Hopkins Trust. Well done Dave!



The club are looking for a volunteer to help run the Junior Tournament and take the entries, if you are able to help, please contact Nick Davidson on nickdavidson@fsmail.net
