Bristol League update

The following email from Andy Elliott has been sent to Bristol League members

Dear all,

As we have now moved from a National Lockdown to a tiered system I write to advise you of the current situation and other BDTTA issues.

During the various lockdowns your Executive Committee has continued to meet regularly via ZOOM, in our most recent meeting on Mon 2/12 the following was agreed:-

1. No practice or league play can currently take place as all 3 counties covered by our League (Bristol, N Somerset & S Glos) are in Tier 3.

Very limited practice can occur in Tier 2, however group practice and league play cannot occur until counties are in Tier 1.

When all 3 counties are in Tier 1 the Executive Committee will promptly hold a meeting to progress the return of league play and provide guidance on return to group practice.

2. All tournaments scheduled for the 2020 - 2021 season have been cancelled.

3. An annual report for the 2019 - 2020 season is being prepared and will be distributed in January 2021.

Keep safe everyone, I look forward to meeting you in person in the near future.
