League Week 15

John Patel and Colin Greene were both unbeaten as Hamstead B maintained their lofty position in the Premier Division with an easy 9-1 victory over Smiths Wood B.  Colebridge Aces slammed strugglers Smiths Wood C 10-0 as Edward Lynn, Amann Ubhi and Sarra Wang proved unstoppable.

Ashley Savell-Boss led Sandwell Unison to their first victory of the season over Sutton Coldfield B in Division One and received great support from Brian Morris and Rod Poole in a 6-4 scoreline.  Colebridge Braves stepped up their promotion bid as West Midlands Police A copped a 10-0 mauling.  Errol Walker was a maximum man for Hamstead C against Sutton Coldfield C in an 8-2 success.  Streetly B swept to an 8-2 triumph over Maypole A with Terry Cooper and John Waters notching up another couple of hat-tricks.  Les Minott was outstanding for Bournville A at Sutton Coldfield A with his maximum enabling his side to draw 5-5.

Harry Sideras showed premier quality in his treble for Beaufort Sports C as they toppled Colebridge Giants 7-3 in Division Two.  Colebridge Dinosaurs stayed top with a thumping 9-1 demolition of Smithereens B, with Mark Georgevic and Ray Dixon both unbeaten.  Quinborne A and Colebridge Hawks drew 5-5.  Dean Hicks and Bernard Oliver gained maximums for Colebridge Falcons in a 7-3 home win over Smiths Wood D.  Mike Cooper led Sutton D to a comfortable 8-2 success over Colebridge Chiefs.

Streetly C had their usual maximum from Richard Parks as they swept away Ivy Leaf A 8-2 in Division Three.
Colebridge Jaguars and Walmley A drew 5-5, which saw Alan White, of Walmley, the only unbeaten player. Clive Oakman was a hat-trick man for Sutton Coldfield E in their 7-3 victory over clubmates Sutton Coldfield F. Colebridge Knaves and Colebridge Lions drew 5-5 with Steve Taylor, of Lions, gaining a maximum.
