Stanford 'C' maintained their challenge at the top of Division 2 following this 6/3 victory away at Basildon 'D'.  The singles were shared with Jenne Seibolt winning both his and Richard Riebold with one win.  No joy for Trevor Hammond who was playing up from Division 3.  For Stanford,  Dan Harris, Adrian Armstrong and Chris Crooks each won a singles, but they took a clean sweep of the doubles.
