Setts 'A' produced a good, all round team performance and, in doing so, became the first team this season to prevent the league leaders, Hadleigh Forum 'C', from winning.  This was a match where every player made a contribution, none more so than Peter Lucraft, who was unbeaten on the night.  However he and partner, Colin Barham, could not prevent John Newman and Andy Hart from victory in the final doubles.  This completed a fine comeback by the home side who were always behind on the night, but eventually recovered from 2/5 down to earn the draw.
