BARROW TABLE TENNIS LEAGUE TABLE LOAN SCHEME

The photos show Dan and coach Les from the Hoops Centre playing on the loaned table. Dan says ‘it’s making me a better player because of the better table and I’m really grateful’.

Work out the difference in handicap between the 2 players then refer to the list below to calculate the start.
For example Player A on 10 and Player B on 23 would be a 13 difference would equate to a 10 start>please also remember that games are to first to 21 with sudden death at 20-20

At the last development meeting there was a discussion regarding Level 1 Coaching and with the increased level of junior and beginner participation it was felt it was desirable to increase the number of qualified coaches in the area to assist with this development.

We have just been informed there is a major problem at Hawcoat Park with something to do with water leakage, which has forced the club to close.

Unfortunately, tonight's games (Wednesday 14th February) between

HP 'B' v FCCHP 'C' v Million

will have to be cancelled.

Open Practice Session

Thursday 8th February at St Bernard's School from 6pm until 7,30 for juniors and then for all ages until 9pm. These sessions are open to all, beginners through to league players.Cost is £3 and includes coaching.

Please bring your own drink.
