·       Singles and Veterans events: Wednesday 22^nd April

·       Handicap event: Thursday 23^rd April

·       Venue: Hawcoat Park

·       Match play commences at 7.00pm both evenings, with the facility open for practice from 6.45pm 

·       ***The Veterans event will not commence until 8.00pm***

·       Entry fee is £2.00 per event entered, and will not be refunded unless the event is cancelled

·       Due to restricted space, there are fewer tables and therefore entry will be restricted- please state your intention to enter early to avoid disappointment. Entries close Sunday 12^th April

·       To play in the Veterans event, members must be aged 40 or over on the day of the event

·       A separate Junior competition is being organised for a different date

·       The club bar upstairs is being refurbished during the week of the tournament, meaning that the downstairs bar will be open. Please accept there might be some disruption

·       Normal league rules apply in the Singles event. The Handicap event follows the same rules as previous years- please ask if you would like further details

·       The organisers give up their time to put together and run the event- we ask that participants treat the organisers with respect. We are very happy to listen to constructive criticism

·       Please let the organisers know if you are unable to play at the earliest possible opportunity as this impacts on groups

·       To enter, please send an e-mail to SstephenCairns@aol.com confirming which event(s) you’re entering. Payment is due on the night. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Barrow and District Table-Tennis League’

·       Please help spread the word and support your local table-tennis league

·       The organisers’ decision is final
