As hopefully most of you know there is currently a Table Tennis England Governance Review taking place as a result of the necessity to call an EGM following last year’s TTE AGM.
You can see all the details on the Table Tennis England website.
The Independent Review Panel met the National Council at their meeting in January and as part of that I managed to secure a commitment for representatives of the panel to come and talk to Kent Table Tennis people to get their views first hand.
The only requirement was that there be a minimum number of people attending which we are confident we can achieve.
The proposed date is Wednesday 21 February at about 19:30 and the venue is likely to be in the Maidstone area, exact details to be confirmed in due course.
Could anyone interested in attending please let me know ASAP so that we can book an appropriate size venue and confirm the numbers attending with the IRP.
This an opportunity for you, the ordinary players and members, to put your views first hand to the representatives of the panel and an opportunity that not many, if any, other Counties are having so please consider carefully making use of it if at all possible.
Cheers, Neil Le Milliere (ASUS), Kent National Councillor
