NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – THURSDAY 30 MAY 2024

 AT 7.15PM IN THE SEMINAR ROOM, ABERDEEN SPORTS VILLAGE, ABERDEEN

Please find herewith the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 30 May 2024 at 7.15pm in the Seminar Room at Aberdeen Sports Village, Linksfield Road, Aberdeen, AB24 5RU along with a copy of the Minutes from the 2023 AGM. 

The four reports listed on the Agenda (items 5 - 8) will be available to view on the ADTTA website not later than week commencing Monday 27 May 2024.

All awards for league and cup winners will be presented at the AGM so please ensure there is a representative from your team to collect any silverware. Please also ensure that any perpetual trophies are brought along to the meeting, or returned to a Committee Member in advance.

The Association earnestly requests that each team be represented at the meeting, as it is your opportunity to express your views on the organisation and future development of table tennis in Aberdeen District.

Please bring the enclosed information to the meeting, as there will be only a limited number of copies available for distribution.
