(Click on the postcode for map). Club practice nights are a good opportunity to try out your skills, meet other table tennis enthusiasts and get a taste of what club table tennis is all about. League Competitions
The League play Winter season, starting in September running through to March/April. We have five clubs in the league with 13 teams and 70 players and growing.
11-up Competition
Each team shall consist of 3 players. Each player in one team shall play each player tin the opposing team one game, the result of which shall be determined by the best of five sets. There will be one doubles match that may remaiin undeclared prior to the commencement of the match. Points awarded = 1pt per game.
Handicap Competition
The handicap event is based on players' ratings. Players receive bonus points when playing a stronger opponent. A handicap calculator is used to determine each players' starting points. A team has 3 players, each playing 3 singles. A game is 2 sets playing to 31pts. No doubles. All points scored by all players result in an overall score.
